IPTV ServiceView Template: The IPTV ServiceView Template provides complete visibility and control of IPTV services, across the entire service delivery chain and throughout the customer lifecycle. The Motive IPTV ServiceView Template gathers and analyzes critical Quality of Experience (QoE) information from home devices, back office and network management systems. This information is then used by the help desk to pinpoint and resolve common customer issues.
Home Device Manager: allows service providers to remotely manage CPE, such as residential gateways, IP set-top boxes, and VoIP terminal adapters that comprise a home networking environment.
