Motive software allows Lawson customers to interactively troubleshoot and track the resolution of problems. It allows Lawson to see a customer’s unique application configuration so that instead of asking a lot of questions about which operating systems, which database versions and which application patches are installed at their clients’ sites, Lawson engineers already have the information they need to understand the environment they are dealing with, allowing them to more quickly and efficiently solve problems.
