Fitness Center
Work out conveniently any time of the day—and for free! We have a full on-site workout facility. The center is complete with weight machines and free weights, cardio machines and serviced locker rooms.

On-Site Dry Cleaning Service
DryCleanOnWheels picks up and drops off dry cleaning once a week. Employees have the cost billed directly to their credit cards.

Benefits are available on the first day of the month following your start date for all full-time, salaried employees.

Health Care

Medical
Motive believes in offering employees a rich benefit program. Our medical insurance is a PPO plan. We pay 100% of the employee and 50% of dependent cost. Dependents eligible for coverage include: legal spouses, common-law spouses, domestic partners (both same sex and opposite sex), natural children, stepchildren, adopted children and grandchildren who are considered dependents of the employee for income tax purposes.

Dental
Motive offers a choice of two dental plans. On the Choice Dental Plan, you can go to any dentist that you want to and Guardian will pay based on usual and customary. On the Preferred Dental Plan, you choose to go to a dentist that is within Guardian’s network. Motive will pay 100% of the premium for employees. In addition, Motive will pay 50% of the cost of dependent coverage.

Vision
Vision coverage is voluntary and is offered through EyeMed.

Time Off

Vacation
Motive employees accrue 10 days of vacation for both their first and second years with the company. In years three through five, employees accumulate 15 days of vacation each year. After five years, employees accrue 20 days per year.

Sick Leave
Motive employees are entitled to six sick days per year immediately upon hire date.

Holidays
Motive recognizes nine holidays—eight national holidays plus one personal holiday.

Income Protection
Guardian is Motive’s disability and life insurance provider.
